Healthcare Trust of America, Inc. Increases Dividend
August 1, 2016 1:52 PM EDTSCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Aug. 1, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Healthcare Trust of America, Inc. (NYSE: HTA), the largest dedicated owner and operator of medical office buildings in the United States, announced today that its board of directors has increased the quarterly dividend by 1.7% to $0.30 per common share, representing an annualized rate of $1.20 per common share with an annualized yield of 3.5% based on HTA's closing share price as of July 29, 2016.
