New York REIT (NYRT), JBG Terminate Master Combination Agreement; NYRT to Sell Assets

New York REIT, Inc. (NYSE: NYRT) and The JBG Companies ("JBG") announced that they have mutually agreed to terminate their previously announced master combination agreement, effective immediately and agreed to release each other from any further obligations under such agreement.

Randolph C.
