July 28, 2016 6:30 AM EDTMARLBOROUGH, Mass., July 28, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Boston Scientific Corporation (NYSE: BSX) generated sales of $2.126 billion during the second quarter ended June 30, 2016, compared to the company's guidance range for the quarter of $2.010 to $2.060 billion. This represents growth of 15 percent on a reported basis and 16 percent on an operational basis (calculated on a constant currency basis), all compared to the prior year period. Boston Scientific Announces Acquisition of Cosman Medical
July 27, 2016 9:01 AM EDTMARLBOROUGH, Mass., July 27, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --Â Boston Scientific Corporation (NYSE: BSX) today announced that it has acquired Cosman Medical, Inc., a privately held Burlington, Mass. manufacturer of radiofrequency ablation (RFA) systems.
