The Bancorp, Inc. Reports Second Quarter 2016 Financial Results
July 28, 2016 6:00 PM EDTWILMINGTON, Del.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Bancorp, Inc. ("The Bancorp") (NASDAQ: TBBK), a financial holding company, today reported financial results for the second quarter 2016.
Highlights
Net interest income increased 23% to $20.9 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 compared to $17.0 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2015. Net interest margin increased to 2.73% for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 compared to 2.23% for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
