The Company earned $1,211,000 (or $0.42 per average share outstanding) in the second quarter 2016 compared to $2,390,000 (or $0.83 per average share outstanding) in the second quarter 2015. The Company earned $2,457,000 (or $0.86 per average share outstanding) for the six-month period ended June 30, 2016 and $3,987,000 (or $1.39 per average share outstanding) for the six-month period ended June 30, 2015.
