FBR Capital Cuts Price Target on Hersha Hospitality Trust (HT) Following Solid 2Q
July 29, 2016 7:06 AM EDTFBR Capital maintained an Outperform rating on Hersha Hospitality Trust (NYSE: HT), and cut the price target to $26.00 (from $28.00), following the company's 2Q earnings report. AFFO/ share came in at $0.89, versus the consensus estimate of $0.86.
