KeyCorp Reports Second Quarter 2016 Net Income Of $193 Million, Or $.23 Per Common Share; Earnings Per Common Share Of $.27, Excluding $.04 Of Merger-Related Expense
July 26, 2016 6:30 AM EDTCLEVELAND, July 26, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- KeyCorp (NYSE: KEY) today announced second quarter net income from continuing operations attributable to Key common shareholders of $193 million, or $.23 per common share, compared to $182 million, or $.22 per common share, for the first quarter of 2016, and $230 million, or $.27 per common share, for the second quarter of 2015.
