TransUnion Reports Second Quarter 2016 Results
July 26, 2016 4:09 PM EDTCHICAGO, IL -- (Marketwired) -- 07/26/16 -- TransUnion (NYSE: TRU) (the "Company") today announced financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016.
Total revenue was $426 million, an increase of 12 percent (14 percent on a constant currency basis) compared with the second quarter of 2015. Acquisitions accounted for a 2 percent increase in revenue. Net income attributable to TransUnion was $17 million compared with a net loss attributable to TransUnion of $3 million in the second quarter of 2015. Diluted Earnings per Share was $0.09 compared with $(0.02) in the second quarter of 2015.
