WESTON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ultimate Software (Nasdaq: ULTI), a leading provider of human capital management (HCM) solutions in the cloud, announced today its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2016. Ultimate reported recurring revenues of $158.5 million, a 27% increase, and total revenues of $186.5 million, a 27% increase, both compared with 2015s second quarter.
