C&F Financial Corporation Announces Record Second Quarter Net Income
July 26, 2016 2:19 PM EDTWEST POINT, Va., July 26, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- C&F Financial Corporation (the Corporation) (NASDAQ: CFFI), the one-bank holding company for C&F Bank (the Bank), today reported record second quarter net income of $4.7 million in 2016, or $1.37 per common share assuming dilution, compared with $4.1 million, or $1.21 per common share assuming dilution, for the second quarter of 2015. The Corporation reported net income of $7.2 million for the first six months of 2016, or $2.08 per common share assuming dilution, compared with $6.7 million, or $1.98 per common share assuming dilution, for the first six months of 2015.
