Jefferies Raises Price Target on Southern Co. (SO) Following 2Q Report

Jefferies reiterated a Hold rating on Southern Co. (NYSE: SO), and raised the price target to $55.00 (from $50.00), following the company's 2Q earnings report. Southern Company reported second quarter earnings of $0.77, slightly above the Consensus and company guidance of $0.70.
