Georgetown Bancorp, Inc. Reports Earnings and Announces Increase in Quarterly Cash Dividend
July 26, 2016 12:30 PM EDTGEORGETOWN, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Georgetown Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: GTWN) (the Company), holding company for Georgetown Bank (the Bank), reported net income for the three months ended June 30, 2016 of $152,000, or $0.09 per basic and diluted share, compared to net income of $363,000, or $0.21 per basic and diluted share, for the three months ended June 30, 2015. Net income for the six months ended June 30, 2016 amounted to $232,000, or $0.13 per basic and diluted share, compared to net income of $613,000, or $0.35 per basic and diluted share, for the six months ended June 30, 2015.
