Summit State Bank Reports Net Income for Second Quarter 2016 and Declaration of Dividend
July 26, 2016 9:02 AM EDTSANTA ROSA, Calif., July 26, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Summit State Bank (Nasdaq: SSBI) today reported net income for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 of $1,254,000 and diluted earnings per share of $0.26. Â A quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share was declared for common shareholders.
