JetBlue Announces Second Quarter Results
July 26, 2016 7:30 AM EDTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- JetBlue Airways Corporation (NASDAQ: JBLU) today reported its results for the second quarter 2016:
Operating income of $313 million in the second quarter, an increase of 11.0% over the second quarter of 2015. Pre-tax income of $289 million in the second quarter, an increase of 15.7% over the second quarter of 2015. Net income of $180 million, or $0.53 per diluted share. This compares to JetBlues second quarter 2015 net income of $152 million, or $0.44 per diluted share.Financial Performance
