Amgen Announces 2016 Third Quarter Dividend
July 22, 2016 4:00 PM EDTTHOUSAND OAKS, Calif., July 22, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Amgen (NASDAQ: AMGN) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a $1.00 per share dividend for the third quarter of 2016. The dividend will be paid on Sept. 8, 2016, to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on Aug. 17, 2016.
