Heritage Financial Announces Second Quarter 2016 Results And Declares Regular Cash Dividend
July 21, 2016 8:02 AM EDTOLYMPIA, Wash., July 21, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Heritage Financial Corporation (NASDAQ GS: HFWA) (the "Company" or "Heritage") today reported that the Company had net income of $8.9 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 compared to net income of $8.7 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 and $9.1 million for the linked-quarter ended March 31, 2016. Diluted earnings per common share for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 was $0.30 per diluted common share compared to $0.29 per diluted common share for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 and $0.30 for the linked-quarter ended March 31, 2016.
