July 21, 2016 6:00 AM EDTLOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Pacific Commerce Bancorp (PCBC) (the Company), parent company of Pacific Commerce Bank (the Bank), today reported record earnings for the second quarter and on a year-to-date basis. Second quarter results include the impact of the ProAmérica Bank acquisition which closed on May 20, 2016.
