July 20, 2016 5:28 PM EDTCONWAY, Ark., July 20, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Home BancShares, Inc.s (NASDAQ: HOMB), parent company of Centennial Bank, Board of Directors declared a regular $0.09 per share quarterly cash dividend payable August 31, 2016, to shareholders of record August 10, 2016. This cash dividend represents a $0.015 per share, or 20.0%, increase over the $0.075 per share cash dividend paid during the third quarter of 2015 and a 2.85% increase over the regular cash dividend paid out during the second quarter of...
