MORRISVILLE, Vt., July 20, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Union Bankshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: UNB) today announced results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2016. Consolidated net income for the three months ended June 30, 2016 was $2.139 million, or $0.48 per share, compared to $2.017 million, or $0.46 per share, for the same period in 2015, and $3.898 million, or $0.87 ($0.08749) per share, for the six months ended June 30, 2016, compared to $3.901 million, or $0.88 ($0.8750) per share, for the same period in 2015.
