Apple Hospitality REIT, Inc. Announces August 2016 Distribution
July 20, 2016 9:01 AM EDTRICHMOND, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Apple Hospitality REIT, Inc. (NYSE: APLE) (the Company or Apple Hospitality), today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular monthly cash distribution of $0.10 per common share for the month of August 2016. The distribution is payable on August 15, 2016 to shareholders of record as of August 2, 2016.
Based on the Companys common stock closing price of $20.04 on July 19, 2016, the annualized distribution of $1.20 per common share represents an annual yield of approximately 6.0%.
