Mercantile Bank Corporation Increases Cash Dividend
July 19, 2016 6:00 AM EDTGRAND RAPIDS, Mich., July 19, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Mercantile Bank Corporation (NASDAQ: MBWM) ("Mercantile") announced today that on July 14, 2016, its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.17 per common share, payable September 21, 2016 to holders of record as of September 9, 2016. The $0.17 cash dividend represents an increase of approximately 6 percent from the $0.16 cash dividend paid during the first and second quarters of 2016.
