SoftBank Offers to Acquire ARM Holdings plc (ARMH) in $32B Deal

SoftBank (OTC: SFTBY) has agreed to acquire ARM Holdings plc (NASDAQ: ARMH) for 1,700 pence per ARM Share, a 43% premium to Friday's close. The consideration values the entire existing issued and to be issued share capital of ARM at approximately £24.3 billion, or approximately US $32.15 billion.
