NCI Building Systems (NCS) Prices 9M Secondary Offering at $16.15/Share

(NYSE: NCS) announced the pricing of the previously announced public offering of 9,000,000 shares of the Company's common stock by investment funds associated with Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, LLC (the "Selling Stockholders") at a public offering price of $16.15 per share. In connection with the offering, the selling stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,350,000 additional shares.
