Access National Reports Record Earnings, Declares Dividend
July 15, 2016 7:00 AM EDTRESTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Access National Corporation (NASDAQ: ANCX), parent company for Access National Bank (Bank), reported second quarter 2016 net income of $4.9 million, or $0.46 per common share. This represents the Corporations 64th consecutive quarterly profit over its 66 quarter history. Consistent with managements stated objective of a 40%-50% payout ratio against core earnings, the Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.15 per share for holders of record as of August 1, 2016 and payable on August 25, 2016. The routine dividend affirms Managements favorable outlook on forward earnings and capital adequacy.
