Select Income REIT Raises Quarterly Dividend on Common Shares
July 12, 2016 4:30 PM EDTNEWTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Select Income REIT (Nasdaq: SIR) today announced it has raised its regular quarterly cash distribution on its common shares by $0.01 to $0.51 per common share ($2.04 per share per year). This distribution will be paid to holders of record of common shares as of the close of business on July 22, 2016, and will be distributed on or about August 18, 2016.
