July 11, 2016 4:06 PM EDTTOKYO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- LINE Corporation (LINE or the Company) (NYSE: LN; TSE: 3938) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 35,000,000 shares of its common stock, consisting of 22,000,000 shares of common stock in the form of shares or American Depositary Shares (ADSs) offered in the United States and elsewhere outside Japan at a price to the public of ¥3,300 per share or $32.84 per ADS and 13,000,000 shares of common stock offered in Japan at a price to the public of ¥3,300 per share.
