PNC Raises Common Stock Dividend To 55 Cents Per Share
July 7, 2016 10:24 AM EDTPITTSBURGH, July 7, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. (NYSE: PNC) declared a quarterly cash dividend on the common stock of 55 cents per share, an increase of 4 cents per share, or 8 percent, from the second quarter dividend of 51 cents per share. The dividend is payable Aug. 5, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business July 18, 2016.
