IHS (IHS), Markit (MRKT) Will Trade Under Ticker 'INFO' Following Completion of Merger

IHS (NYSE: IHS) and Markit (Nasdaq: MRKT) announced that, in connection with the completion of the previously announced merger between IHS and Markit, the combined company, which will be renamed IHS Markit Ltd., will be listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the new trading symbol INFO.
