Eclipse Resources Corporation Announces Public Offering of Common Stock
June 28, 2016 4:08 PM EDTSTATE COLLEGE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Eclipse Resources Corporation (NYSE: ECR) (Eclipse Resources or the Company) announced today that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 37,500,000 shares of its common stock. The Company expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 5,625,000 shares of the Companys common stock.
