The First Bancorp Increases Quarterly Dividend to 23 Cents per Share
June 23, 2016 4:15 PM EDTDAMARISCOTTA, Maine--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of The First Bancorp (NASDAQ: FNLC) today declared a quarterly dividend of 23 cents per share. This second-quarter dividend is payable July 29, 2016, to shareholders of record as of July 6, 2016, and is up one cent from the 22 cents per share the Company paid in each of the past four quarters. Based on the June 22, 2016 closing price of $20.92 per share, the annualized dividend of 92 cents per share translates into a yield of 4.40%.
