NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- San Francisco-based Twilio Inc., a leading cloud communications platform, began trading today on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the ticker symbol TWLO after its initial public offering, which raised $150 million in gross proceeds. Twilio Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
June 22, 2016 7:08 PM EDTSAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Twilio Inc. (NYSE: TWLO), a leading cloud communications platform company, today announced the pricing of its public offering of 10,000,000 shares of Class A common stock at a price of $15.00 per share.
