Commercial Metals Company Reports Third Quarter Earnings Per Share From Continuing Operations Of $0.30 And Net Earnings Per Share Of $0.17
June 23, 2016 6:45 AM EDTIRVING, Texas, June 23, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Commercial Metals Company (NYSE: CMC) today announced financial results for its third quarter ended May 31, 2016. Earnings from continuing operations for the third quarter of fiscal 2016 were $35.1 million ($0.30 per diluted share) on net sales of $1.2 billion. This compares to earnings from continuing operations of $39.2 million ($0.34 per diluted share) on net sales of $1.5 billion for the third quarter of fiscal 2015. Net earnings attributable to CMC for the three months ended May 31, 2016 were $19.3 million ($0.17 per diluted share), compared with net earnings attributable to CMC of $28.7 million ($0.25 per diluted share)...
