Selecta Biosciences (SELB) IPO Opens, Trades Modestly Higher
June 22, 2016 11:36 AM EDTToday's IPO for Selecta Biosciences (NASDAQ: SELB) opened earlier at $15 after pricing 5,000,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $14.00 per share, the low end of the expected $14 to $16 range. Shares last traded up 3.8% to $14.53.
UBS Investment Bank and Stifel are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Canaccord Genuity and Needham & Company are acting as co-managers for the offering.
