Arlington Asset Investment Corp. Declares $0.625 per Share Dividend for the Second Quarter of 2016
June 17, 2016 4:45 PM EDTARLINGTON, Va., June 17, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Arlington Asset Investment Corp. (NYSE: AI) (the "Company" or "Arlington") today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.625 per share for the second quarter of 2016. The dividend will be payable on July 29, 2016 to shareholders of record on June 30, 2016. The ex-dividend date is June 28, 2016. This dividend is consistent with our variable dividend policy pursuant to which the Board of Directors evaluates dividends on a quarterly basis and, in its sole discretion, may approve the payment of dividends.
