June 20, 2016 6:45 AM EDTOVERLAND PARK, Kan.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Waddell & Reed Financial, Inc. (NYSE: WDR) approved a quarterly dividend on its Class A common stock of $0.46 per share payable on August 1, 2016 to stockholders of record as of July 11, 2016.
