June 16, 2016 6:30 AM EDTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Gramercy Property Trust (NYSE: GPT), a real estate investment trust, announced today that its Board of Trustees declared a second quarter 2016 dividend on the Companys common shares in the amount of $0.11 per share, payable on July 15, 2016 to common shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 30, 2016.
