Spirit Realty Capital, Inc. Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend
June 15, 2016 4:06 PM EDTDALLAS, June 15, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Spirit Realty Capital, Inc. (NYSE: SRC) (Spirit or the Company), a net lease real estate investment trust (REIT) that invests in single-tenant, operationally essential real estate, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.175 per common share, representing an annualized rate of $0.70 per common share. Shareholders of record as of June 30, 2016, will receive the $0.175 cash dividend on July 15, 2016.
