Immunogen (IMGN) Prices Aggregate $100M Conv. Notes Offering
June 15, 2016 8:58 AM EDTImmunoGen, Inc. (Nasdaq: IMGN) announced the pricing of $100 million aggregate principal amount of its 4.50% convertible senior notes due 2021 (the Notes) in a private placement. The Notes will be offered by the initial purchasers only to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the Act). ImmunoGen also granted the initial purchasers of the Notes an option, exercisable for 30 days, to purchase up to an additional $15 million aggregate principal amount of the Notes on the same terms and conditions to cover any overallotments.
