Ferrellgas Partners, L.P. Reports Results for Third Quarter Fiscal 2016
June 8, 2016 7:00 AM EDTOVERLAND PARK, Kan., June 08, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ferrellgas Partners, L.P. (NYSE: FGP) (Ferrellgas or the Company) today reported financial results for its third fiscal quarter ended April 30, 2016. The Company reported Net earnings attributable to Ferrellgas Partners, L.P. of $18.7 million, compared to $35.8 million for the quarter ended April 30, 2015.
Adjusted EBITDA was $108.0 million, an increase of 12% over the same quarter last year, including $25.2 million of Adjusted EBITDA from the Bridger Logistics acquisition which was completed in June of 2015.Â
