Donaldson Reports Third Quarter 2016 Earnings

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Donaldson Company, Inc. (NYSE: DCI) today reported third quarter 2016 net earnings of $54.8 million, or 41 cents per share,1 compared with $47.8 million, or 34 cents per share, in 2015.2 Foreign currency translation reduced net income in the third quarters of fiscal 2016 and 2015 by $0.9 million and $3.1 million, respectively. Third quarter 2016 adjusted EPS3 was 43 cents, compared with 37 cents last year. The tables attached to this press release include a reconciliation of non-GAAP to GAAP measures.
