May 31, 2016 4:03 PM EDTTiVo (NASDAQ: TIVO) reported Q1 EPS of $0.04, $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenue for the quarter came in at $107.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $99.56 million.
Non-GAAP Net Income grew 33% to $12.1 million compared to $9.1 million in the year-ago quarter.
