EnerSys Reports Fourth Quarter and Full Year Fiscal 2016 Results
May 31, 2016 4:42 PM EDTREADING, Pa., May 31, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --Â EnerSys (NYSE: ENS) the global leader in stored energy solutions for industrial applications, announced today results for its fourth quarter and full year of fiscal 2016, which ended on March 31, 2016.
Net earnings attributable to EnerSys stockholders ("Net earnings") for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2016 were $9.3 million, or $0.21 per diluted share, including an unfavorable highlighted net of tax impact of $36.2 million or $0.82 per share from non-cash charges relating to impairment of goodwill and other assets, as well as, cash and non-cash charges or credits from our restructuring...
