Reata Pharma (RETA) Prices 5.5M Class A Common Stock IPO at $11/Share
May 26, 2016 6:32 AM EDTReata Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: RETA) announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 5,500,000 shares of its Class A common stock at $11.00 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions. Reata has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 825,000 additional shares of its Class A common stock at the initial public offering price. The shares of Class A common stock are expected to begin trading on The NASDAQ Global Market on May 26, 2016, under the ticker symbol RETA.
