May 25, 2016 4:30 PM EDTBIRMINGHAM, Ala., May 25, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --Â The Board of Directors of ProAssurance Corporation (NYSE: PRA) has declared a cash dividend of $0.31 per common share, payable on July 8, 2016 to shareholders who own our stock as of June 24, 2016.
