Deutsche Bank maintained a Buy rating on Alibaba (NYSE: BABA) with a price target of $110. Comments follow Alibaba's disclosure in its 20-F regarding an SEC investigation on three matters. Alan Hellawell noted that sometimes launched because the SEC is "unfamiliar with various constructs."
