Mackinac Financial Corporation Declares $.10 Cash Dividend on Common Stock
May 24, 2016 1:30 PM EDTMANISTIQUE, MI -- (Marketwired) -- 05/24/16 -- Mackinac Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: MFNC), the bank holding company for mBank (the "Bank"), announced the approval of a cash dividend by its Board of Directors on May 24, 2016. The Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $.10 per common share, payable July 11, 2016 to shareholders of record at June 24, 2016. The dividend is unchanged from the prior quarter's dividend.
