May 18, 2016 3:00 PM EDTLOUISVILLE, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Republic Bancorp, Inc. (Republic) (NASDAQ: RBCAA), parent company of Republic Bank & Trust Company, today announced a 6% increase in the Companys second quarter cash dividends.
