Flushing Financial Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend of $0.17 Per Share
May 17, 2016 5:00 PM EDTUNIONDALE, N.Y., May 17, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Flushing Financial Corporation (the Company) (Nasdaq: FFIC), the parent holding company for Flushing Bank (the Bank), today announced that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of $0.17 per common share, payable on June 30, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 10, 2016.
