Shell Midstream Partners (SHLX) Prices 10.5M Common Offering at $33.25/Unit

(NYSE: SHLX) today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 10,500,000 common units representing limited partner interests, at a public offering price of $33.25 per common unit. The total gross proceeds (before the underwriters discounts and commissions and offering expenses) will be approximately $350 million.
