WARRENTON, Va., May 17, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Fauquier Bankshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: FBSS) recently announced a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share. This dividend was declared for shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 17, 2016 and will be payable on July 1, 2016. The $0.12 per share dividend represents a $0.48 dividend on an annualized basis.Â
